  1. Go to Administration > Omnichannel and enable the Live chat feature.
  2. Choose the widget’s color, title, channels that will receive the messages and more.
  3. Access the Omnichannel Settings > Live Chat installation.
  4. Copy the piece of code & paste it above the last </body> tag of your website.
  5. You’re all set :) The widget will appear on the bottom right corner of your website.
