How long do trials last?

Every plan has a 30-day free trial.
We will notify users in advance of when the trial is coming to an end.

How do I pay for Cloud?

Cloud admins can add payment details and manage their account in the Rocket.Chat Cloud Console.
To continue with Cloud once the trial ends, users must add their payment details in the Console.
Accepted payment methods: Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover/Diner's Club credit & debit cards.

What is the billing period?

All plans are billed on a monthly basis. Users on a trial will be billed once their trial is over if they have added their payment details.

When will my billing period begin?

If your account has correct billing information and has not been closed, your first billing period will begin the day after your trial ends.

When can I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your plan at any time and continue to access your workspace for the remainder of your billing month, by emailing cloud.support@rocket.chat
If you choose not to stay with us you can request an export of your data.

How do I report issues and get support?

What reporting do you provide?

You can view a workspace's total registed users, active users, channels and file storage used.

What is the monthly uptime guarantee?

We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime and offer Medium and Large plan customers who contact us account credit to the value of: 100 x verified down time / plan monthly cost.

Are there discounts for NGOs and educational institutes?

Yes eligible non-profit or educational institute may receive discounted rates for Rocket.Chat Cloud.

The Basic support plan is included for paying Cloud customers. Cloud not included with basic support plan.

Point of contact

Support plans do not include end users. Once a support plan has been purchased it is the business's responsiblity to inform Rocket.Chat who will be their internal point of contact for the support plan. Up to three contacts are permitted per organization.

Critical business impact

An issue affecting Rocket.Chat that prevents a business from operating as normal. Examples include: data loss or corruption; system crashes; loss of critical functionality; large numbers of users unable to work.

Minimal business impact

A question, feature request or documentation issue that does not have an impact on performance.

Consultations with the product team

Premium plan subscribers are entitled to a 1-hour consultation/month with a core team member. Additional hours can be purchased for a fee.
